Pure Stride RX Orthotics. 

This is an exclusive orthotic manufactured and distributed by Foot Care Store Inc. This product is intended to be dispensed by Medical professionals including Podiatrists, Pedorthists, Orthopods, Chiropractors and Physical therapists to name a few.
The Pure Stride RX Orthotics features 5 main layers. 
First layer: Antibacterial black top cover.
Second Layer: Memory foam 
Third layer: Soft EVA 
Fourth layer: Polypropylene Shell
Fifth Layer: High durometer EVA
The heel area in the polypropylene shell is cut out and replaced with a Poron cushion.
PDAC approved L3030 and can be billed to commercial insurance companies with orthotic benefits.
