Q: Can I return in store as well?

Yes! you can.

Q: What's your return policy?

We offer returns of unworn/unused items in original condition for upto 30 days. 

Q: How long does it take to process returns?

It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to process your return once it's received.

Q: How do you ship orders?

We ship orders via USPS, UPS and Fedex. Some international orders are shipped thru DHL or other services as well.

Q: How can I cancel my order?

Please call us or email us asap. As long as your order is not shipped out, we can cancel it. So usually 12-24 hours is a good call.

Q: Can I place order via phone or email?

Q: Do you ship all products out of the USA?

No, we do not ship all products out of the USA. For example, New Balance products are not shipped or sold internationally. Please contact us if you have a special request for other brands to be shipped internationally.
