Florsheim began producing shoes in 1892 by Milton Florsheim. In a small factory located in Chicago, Illinois, Milton and his father, Sigmund, created a shoe with a remarkable combination of style, comfort and high quality workmanship. As the years went on the Florsheim brand focused on having a strong distribution network to create exceptional footwear for its customers.
